Used CPS 94 to do this Chrismtas card. For the background, i used the Hanna stamp snow flakes and using versamark, i stamped on acetate and added diamond stickles to give it a sparkle.

Christmas in November

Last Saturday, 29 Nov, we had our annual Scrappers at SG Christmas party and as expected we all had a grand time. We all let our hairs down and were like kids again, shrieking with delight while playing the party games. There was no dull moment.

Kudos to the organizers of the party, Marix, Sookie, and Abby! And like every children’s party there is a giveaway given, we were given our very own aprons! The very pretty aprons are made by our very own talented scrapmates Marix, Abby and Ces together with the help of Ces’ mother. Thank you ladies!!

Prior to the party we have our monitor/monita challenge where we will create a layout for our baby. Below are the LO’s I created for my baby Bheng.

Family Layout

This is the only layout i managed to do for this week. Picture was taken at a sticker photo booth (not sure what it's called) at the arcade of Great World City. The quality of the picture was good considering that it is only 5sgd :p. But the picture i've used in this layout is already a scanned copy.

Siblings

I just finish my entry for Scrapbook Challenges Sketch# 111.

It took me quite a while to finish this layout, it's my first time to stamp on accetate, it took me quite a few times to stamp on the accetate as i don't get the full letters of the image. Then cut the stamp images into circles using the circle cutter (i don't have those big punches..) but the circle cutter made a good job ;). Then cut the red cardstock again. Then put on some stickles on the stamped images.

And here's the finish product.

I can't believe it

the "Forever" lo, which is my entry to Sookie's "Write" Stuff challenge was chosen at Scrapbook Challenges as Pamela’s Pick of the week!!! Wow! I’m so ecstatic that my work was recognized.

It's World Card Making Day

so why not make a card.. this is also my entry to Scrapstars music inspiration card challenge.

Decided to use the title "A Very Special Love" (by Maureen McGovern and revived by Sarah Geronimo) after watching a local movie with the same title "A Very Special Love" ;).

Forever

Finally i was able to create a wedding page for my sister, thanks to Sookie's "Write" Stuff challenge at Scrapbook Challenges.

I really liked the outcome even though it looks "kinda" crowded. I love the jenni B metal butterfly which i chanced upon Spotlight. I added diamond stickles to give it a little sparkle.

By the way this is only an 8x8 page, coz I'm planning to frame this and give this to my sister.. hopefully she'll like it. :)

This is entitled Forever coz there's a "Forever" word on the paper, can you see it? I think not.. hehehe it cannot be seen anymore with all the swirls and florwers going around the LO.. hahaha.. but i still like it ;).

Update:

Went to Ikea after lunch to buy the frame and here's the framed layout ;)
