Congratulations Breanna!

She has completed Kindergarten 2.

October 28, 2011 was Breanna's Graduation ceremony at Damien Centre Kindergarten. Her class performed 2 dances, 1 Chinese Song (White Cloud) and Indian dance, Jai Ho.

- i am more of a listener than a talker especially in a big group. You would usually find me in a quiet corner. =)

4.What are your favorite WORDS or word that you find yourself using most frequently?

- i like using "shoot" in exchange for the word "sh*t"

- i would usually utter the word "weeehhh, di nga", (it's a filipino phrase popularized from a movie) when in disbelief :p

First Layout for 2011

I'm baaacckkkkk.. After 4 months of not updating this blog.. and it's 2011!!

Can i still say Happy New Year!!!

or (i think) i should say Happy Chinese/Lunar New Year!!! hehe

Can't wait for next week, Chinese New Year.. it will only be a 3 day work week for us here ;)..

and what's more, according to the tiger forecast for 2011.. the rabbit year will be a good one for me..

the tiger year was a BAD.. really BAD year for me.. sigh.. and sigh..

ok..ok.. think positive! only a few days more before the rabbit year comes in.. so i'm all psyched-up for a brand new year.. thinking very optimistic here =)

I want to share with you this wedding layout that i've managed to start and finish lastnight *wink wink*. This is for my friend who will be leaving for london on the 3rd of Feb.

old layout

This is a long overdue layout which i made early this year during one of scrappers at sg scrapmeet (i already forgot when was it :p). I wasn't able to put the title until today.. so lazy me :p.

This was my daughter's first day of school. It was only last year when she started school as a nursery student. She was very excited to go to school maybe because she's wearing a new dress (a.k.a. uniform hehe), new shoes and new bag =). Even when she went to school alone in school bus, she didn't cry. Daddy and Mommy were very proud of you!

2nd challenge

no longer a baby

The challenge#35 at at Scrappers at SG's is to create a layout using the following: stamp, emboss and handmade flower.

And this is my entry for the challenge, I used Julie Bonner's May 3, 2010 sketch for my layout below.



This is the flower i made using tissue paper and sprayed with glimmer mist, which i found in youtube (How To Make Paper Flowers (with Tohru Honda) ).



And these are the flowers which my daughter cut and asked to be put on the LO.

Two layouts today

At last i was able to scrap after a month. The last layout i did was for the anniversary challenge at Scrappers at SG.

Lifetime Buddies

After neglecting my blog and scrapbooking.. here's what i made yesterday for Scrapbook Challenges' Scraplift POTW challenge.

Sunday will be over soon and it's a start of another work week. I wanted to start complaining.. but on second thought i don't want to start my week in a bad vibes... and so... i'll just be thankful instead. Thankful that i have a work to go to tomorrow and complain about =) (hahaha).
